What to know before you plan.

A few details that help most organizers plan a smooth day at Western Hills.

  • Fleet capacity

    Our cart fleet comfortably supports groups up to roughly 28 teams (about 112 players).

  • Catering

    We don’t have an indoor event space, so most groups bring their own catering for use of our outdoor picnic area.

  • Book early

    Early planning is welcome. We’re already booking tournament dates into 2027.
